Ranging from 1mil to 200mil.  Perform QA/QC on schedule submittals. Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content, relationships, lag, constraints and milestones. Perform critical path analysis and earned value analysis.

Perform schedule impact analysis for all changes. Track project issues and advise project team of anticipated schedule impacts. Prepare reports as required.

·  Additional Duties: Estimating industrial project costs.   Experienced in estimating equipment, material and installation costs for all cost categories/divisions including; equipment, instrumentation, pilings, foundations, support and platform steel, buildings, piping, ductwork, electrical, site prep, undergrounds, insulation, painting, demolition, and general field costs, etc.  Provide engineering, procurement, and construction “execution strategy” and “construct ability analysis” input on projects.  

 

·  Previous: Superintendent of Capital and Maintenance Contract for The BP facility Chocolate Bayou Texas. “Hands-on” Supervisor of 220 employees involved in estimating, planning and execution of capital and maintenance work, Creating work-orders, estimates, and schedules.  Procurement for all materials and equipment, cost analysis, forecasts, financial reporting, change order development, Turnaround plans and Schedules

 

·  Previous: Scheduler assigned to largest active projects. Field duties included planning and scheduling, installed quantity verification, progress reporting, cost reporting, installation cost forecasting, productivity/manpower level analysis, risk analysis, and special projects including field supervision and support of subcontractors when required.  Turnarounds and turnaround planning for tie-in work.
